Perfect365 takes on New York Fashion Week S/S 2017

As we kissed summer goodbye, we tucked away our coral matte lipstick and ventured out into the world of metallics and red eyeshadow. (Yup, you don’t have to adjust your screens, we really did say red eyeshadow). Perfect365 was at New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2017 making waves at several exclusive events. Since you weren’t there to enjoy it with us, we’re going to share all of the exciting highlights with you right here!

Hot off the press

We kicked off NYFW 2017 meeting the press at the posh SIXTY Hotel in SoHo. Our featured makeup artists included Krista McAulay –MUA of the Perfect365 Beauty Squad, Carol Lago –MUA and vlogger superstar, and Natalie Riany—MUA and YouTube beauty guru.

We met with top magazine and newspaper editors to show them an up-close and personal experience with the Perfect365 app, and included a free makeup application from our artists using looks directly from the app itself.

We also shared our latest app features which included Explorer–our new live makeup option that stars looks from top Instagram and YouTube makeup experts, and looks we create right here at Perfect365.

Aaaaand, we’re live!

Of course, no visit to NYC could be complete without being on a live-streamed interview with Cheddar Life. Hosts Freddie B and Alyssa Smith grilled us like grilled cheddar about how users can try on looks from the NYFW runways right after the shows are over. We picked the Laurel DeWitt “Queen” look straight from the Perfect365 app to demonstrate live.

We also took the time to speak to fashion designers David Blond (from The Blonds), Leanne Marshall, and Laurel DeWitt about their collaboration with digital makeup from the Perfect365 app. We are so thrilled to have the experience to chat with these innovative designers and to hear their thoughts on our digital makeup technology.
